-New character cutscene!
-Cutscenes can be cancled with the "Esc" key
-Web builds are now compressed using Gzip. This should cut down on overall download times
-Web builds power preference setting was changed from "High performance" to "Default"
-Web builds have "data caching" enabled again. To prevent having to download the client every time
-Added Dialog volume sliders to the Audio settings panel
-Dan is animated
-Tooltip window updated to be easier to read
-When a tooltip is visible the cursor will auto hide
-Tooltips added to stats page
-Tooltips updated on all weapons and useable items

-Sam's quest "Cover those squishy bits" has proper completion requirements again
-Added Dev Notes to Morb's questline to indicate, it is not bugged, just not complete yet
-Slow Character login times causing disconnects
-Cutscene BGM volume set to 0
-Pressing Esc while in a cutscene does not restore the UI
-DialogVolume AudioMixer parameters not named properly
