-Chat Bubbles!
-Completed quests will automaticly remove themselves from the quest tracker window
-Increased font size on quest tracker window by 2
-Skill tree window will open to the tab corresponding to the current weapon equipped
-Added more windows to lock camera zoom when open

-Skill exp was showing old max xp needed to lvl a skill
-Target circle didn't stay on target when using click to move 
-Chat bubbles appear behind player names
-Quest window complete button was hiding
